Barnsley Town Hall Wedding Photography
Wedding Photographer Barnsley – tick, another badge for my camera bag! Taking shots in a town centre obviously throws up its challenges, but when you’re in a proper big old style town hall, what’s not to like!?
We’d known Matt, the groom, for years – and he was Best Man at our own wedding, so it was a bit special to see Zoe standing there next to him, taking her vows.
Big fancy staircases for the formals, quick lob of confetti before we’re chased off and handed a bill, Best Man stopping the traffic for us all (whilst the rights were still on green!), and we all boarded the bus to take us to Cannon Hall for a few cheeky shots in the gardens. (The driver of said bus was very knowledgeable!)
Mini bottles of bubbles, biblical rain and huddling under umbrellas, back on the bus and off to The Spencer Arms – tick!
Check the emerging blue sky, up the stairs with grass on them, and into the wedding breakfast room. Cosy, quirky and welcoming – perfect! Cake toppers – perfect! Speeches…!
Outside for some intimacy up a brick wall – whilst waiting for cars to pass. First Dance. Beer. Home. Another beer. Imagines backed and checked. Bed!
I give to you… “Mr & Mrs Beef!” 🙂
Now where’s that Wedding Photographer Barnsley badge gone?!
